Sometimes, even the highest quality products can show early signs of wear or have an unforeseen defect. And in some cases the comfort of your mattress isn't what you expected. At Mattress Savvy, we stand by our commitment to help you get your best night’s sleep. If something goes wrong with a product you purchased from us, we’re here to help guide you through the warranty process. And If you are within the manufactures comfort trial time period, we will be glad to process a comfort exchange for you. However please note not all manufacturers offer a comfort trial.

How To Get Started.

There are two options for filing a claim:

  1. If your product is from one of the manufacturers listed in the table below, you’ll need to have an invoice, and contact them directly.

  2. If your product is NOT from one of the manufacturers listed in the table below, Mattress Savvy will file the claim on your behalf via the paid or free version under the “Get Started” button below.

 

1. Manufacturers Who Handle Their Own Warranties

To start, it’s important to know the brand of your product because the manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty fulfillment. You can identify the manufacturer name by referencing the law tag attached to your mattress or by reviewing your invoice. Mattress Savvy helps you by facilitating the warranty claim process, but we are ultimately bound to the requirements set forth by the manufacturer.

2 Can Mattress Savvy file a warranty claim for me?

We’d be happy to help! If your brand isn’t listed above, your product will need to be inspected to file a claim. There are two inspection options to choose from:

 

1 Warranty Online Claim (FREE)

Results in 5 - 10 Business Days

It's the fastest, easiest way to file a warranty claim. Simply answer a few quick questions, download and print a measuring device, and upload some pics of your product(s). The entire process shouldn't take more than 15 minutes, and if you are able to provide enough information, we will bypass the formal inspection process.

2 In-Person Inspection ($129.99)

Results in 2 - 3 Weeks

Schedule an appointment for an inspector to visit your home for $129.99. We respond to inquiries within 5 business days, and appointment calls are usually received within 3-4 days thereafter. This is a perfect option for those with limited time and resources, or without a personal device to capture and upload photos to our website.

The first step in filing your claim is making sure you're able to submit a claim. Below, we’ll ask a few questions to help you figure out if you should start an online claim/In-person claim or contact your manufacturer.

​Is your purchase within the manufacturers sleep trial period?

​

  • You are currently within manufacturers Sleep Trial period and may qualify for an immediate comfort exchange of your mattress. Please contact your method of purchase by calling the phone number on your receipt. Our associate will advise how you should continue to take advantage of the manufacturers Sleep Trial offer. If you have already given a minimum of 30 nights on your new mattress and still feel it's not the right one for you, you may qualify for a 1 time comfort exchange, but please note: not all manufacturers offer a comfort sleep trial. If you've purchased a Tempurpedic, iComfort, iComfort Hybrid, Stearns & Foster or Sealy Hybrid, you may continue with the comfort exchange claim.

Is the Law Tag in your possession or still attached to the mattress?​

  • The law tag's purpose is to identify the product, manufacturer, warranty time frame and manufacture date. Without having the law tag in your possession we cannot honor a warranty or comfort exchange submission as the product information needed cannot be validated.

Was your mattress purchased as a Display model/ Clearance item?​

  • Clearance/Display/Floor model items do not carry a warranty through the manufacturer. If an extended warranty was purchased through Savvy Care, please be sure to have a copy of your invoice as the warranty provider will require proof of purchase of both the item and the extended warranty policy.

  • If you need to obtain a copy of your invoice/ invoices, please request it by calling any Mattress Savvy store location nearest to you.
